Misalé : A visual narrative on Afro-futurism.
Our goal with this conceptual story was to explore a vision of what contemporary fashion would look like in a re-imagined African society, uninterrupted by colonization and allowed to develop its own undiluted identity. ⠀
With nods to specific inspirations found in most African cultures as well as contemporary black artists, we created Misalé.
